Estimate 3-5 business days to fill the order and ship.Tracking information and delivery instructions will be provided via e-mail. Residential delivery is available within the continental U.S by ground shipping only with an average delivery time of 5-10 business days. Second day and Express service is unavailable. Standard ground shipping includes curbside service (delivery). Inside delivery and delivery by appointment is available at additional cost.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
From the first visit to order delivery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your experience. All products carry a 30 day satisfaction guarantee beginning from the day product is shipped from our warehouse, unless otherwise noted.
1. For a refund or exchange, products may be returned within 30 days of original purchase date.
2. Original receipt must accompany any product to be returned / exchanged.
3. Product must be in original box with original accessories, packaging, manuals, and registration card in UNOPENED, UNDAMAGED, UNSCRATCHED, CLEAN AND BRAND NEW CONDITION. We accept returns of NEW and UNUSED merchandise if a return is requested within 30 days of shipment receipt. If the return is for a part that was used or damaged after it was received, or because of an error on the part of the customer, a restocking fee of 20-50% may apply. If the item(s) in question are being returned for a reason that is not our fault, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Product that is returned incomplete, damaged, or has been used -- if accepted -- will require a deduction. This deduction is final. Subsequent return of missing items will not reverse the deduction.
5. Refunds will be issued as follows: a. Check purchases by check b. Credit card purchases by credit issued to the credit card used in the original purchase transaction c. Debit card purchases by credit issued to the debit card used in the original purchase transaction
6. Refund checks are mailed the 10th day from the date merchandise is returned.
7. Service, delivery, and installation charges are non-refundable once performed.
To return a product, please follow the steps outlined below.
1. Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within 30 days of the original ship date by emailing Globalelectric.products@yahoo.com
2. Please provide the following information when requesting a Return Authorization #: Original order number (located on packing slip), name of product being returned, reason for return, your name, daytime telephone number and e-mail address.
3. Verify that all merchandise is in the original packaging. That all components, manuals, cables, and accessories are included.
4. For your protection, use a "traceable" ground shipping method.
5. Please return your merchandise to the following address:

6. Return the merchandise within 15 days of issuance of the RA#. Print the Return Authorization # clearly on the outside of the package. PACKAGES WITHOUT A Return Authorization # WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER.
